Our beautiful, brave daughter Sadie Elizabeth Collins was born 30/12/09. Shortly after her birth she was diagnosed with Edwards Syndrome (Trisomy 18). This site is designed to celebrate, document and share her life. Sadie passed away peacefully on 10/09/10.  |
